[PC] How to Send Save File to Support

Currently we can take save files to look into diagnosing issues on PC.

  • The default location for save files are in C:\Users\Name\AppData\Local\FaeFarm
    • Note the "Name" portion varies based on the individual. 
    • The "AppData" folder is hidden by default. 
      • If hidden, you can press the Windows key, then search for "Show hidden and system files" and turn this option on.
    • With a program like WinZip, 7-Zip, or WinRAR you can right click the folder and compress to zip file.
    • Once compressed, you can attach this file to any support ticket.
